The road of the championship is boring
In rugby, as in any sport, the key to victory lies in repeatability and regularity. The training itself is boring. And it will be boring. Why? Because that's what building form and skills is all about. Repeating the same exercises every day, honing technique, developing fitness and perfecting details is the path that leads to mastery.
Routine is your companion
All the magic is that... there is no magic. Systematics and routine must enter the blood. There is no point in analyzing it. Every workout — whether great or completely unsuccessful — brings you closer to your goal. It is known that sometimes you will have a worse day and other times everything will go like a flake. But the most important thing is to just move forward. It is all these small steps, day after day, that shape your future.
Dreams come true
I, Piotr Zeszutek, told myself at the age of 8 that I wanted to play rugby as long as I got to the old boys. Unconsciously, I set a dream for myself, which I pursue all my life, despite various adversities and challenges. Today I am the captain of the national team, I won two Polish championships and I am proud of every minute I have worked on the field. It wasn't magic that got me here — just years of repetition, consistency and hard work.
Routine is your friend. Accept her, trust her and let her bring you closer to what you dream of every day.
